Returns and Exchanges
We are confident that you will be very happy with your Parade purchase, and we guarantee the quality of every Parade item. If you would like to exchange or refund your items for any reason, please let us know and we will gladly help you.
Online return processing is accepted within 14 days of delivery, on unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure that you've checked our size chart, as babies do come in all sizes. If in between, we always recommend sizing up. Your return must be accompanied by a receipt or order number. We will issue you a refund on your return, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but we will ship replacement products requested in exchange for returned products for free. If you have an unwashed, unworn item with tags but no order number or receipt, or if it's outside of the 14 day return period, up to a period of 30 days after purchase, we will provide a store credit at the last listed sale price.

Process my Return/Exchange
If you'd like to make a return from an in-store purchase, please bring the items you wish to return in to one of our locations along with your receipt, and one of our team members will process your return.
In-Store returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, on unwashed and unworn items. Your return must be accompanied by a receipt or order number. Please note, we can exchange the items or provide a store credit for your return, however we do not offer cash/credit refunds for in-store purchases.

Please send all returns via the method it was originally shipped to you and keep your tracking number. Lost items are the responsibility of the buyer.
