We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders $49 and over and a shipping flat rate of $10 on orders under $49 within Canada, $15 on orders under $49 in the USA - all the time!
Express shipping with 2-3 DAY DELIVERY (business days) is available at a rate of $25 for all destinations in Canada.
Express shipping with 2-4 DAY DELIVERY (business days) is available at a rate of $25 for all destinations in the USA.
We offer a FLAT RATE of $25 to all international destinations outside of Canada and the USA.
All domestic and International orders are sent via Canada Post unless requested otherwise. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped, and expect between 7-14 business days for standard shipping within North America, 8-14 business days for International destinations - sometimes it will arrive sooner. We as the shipper, are not responsible for customs delays or duties owing into your country.
Please note packages are sent through regular Small Parcel Post shipping with Canada Post & USPS and they do not provide tracking numbers with this service. If you need a tracking number, you must upgrade to 'Express Shipping' during checkout.
Backorder/pre-order items: Items available for backorder/pre-order will have an estimated ship date listed on the product page (i.e. Shipping March 15!), when selecting the specific style. Please note these dates could vary up to 1 week, and are only estimates. We aim to provide up-to-date information on delivery dates. If your order includes backordered/pre-ordered items, we will ship your entire order together, unless otherwise requested.
We also offer in-store pickup for orders in Vancouver. Our pickup location is at our Gastown office and shop. Please select standard shipping at checkout and include a note for pickup, and we'll email you to confirm date of pickup.

All orders are placed & processed via a secure payment gateway.
Accepted methods of payment are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
If, for any reason, your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately via email. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock, and we can remove the item from your order or substitute the item.
Returns and Exchanges
We are confident that you will be very happy with your Parade purchase, and we guarantee the quality of every Parade item. If you would like to exchange or refund your items for any reason, please let us know and we will gladly help you.
If you'd like to make a return, please email us at email@example.com so we can process your return.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, on unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure that you've checked our size chart, as babies do come in all sizes. If in between, we always recommend sizing up. Your return must be accompanied by a receipt or order number. We will issue you a refund on your return, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but we will ship replacement products requested in exchange for returned products for free. If for any reason you'd like to return your item after the 14 day return period, we will provide a store credit.

Please send all returns via the method it was originally shipped to you and keep your tracking number. Lost items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell customer information to other companies or individuals and all credit card information is processed through Shopify and Paypal. All personal information remains confidential and is used for internal purposes only. All online orders are placed & processed via a secure site.
