 I want to contact your stores. 
There isn't a way to contact our stores directly. For stock inquiries, or other questions, please contact us via our chat, or by completing the form found at the bottom of the page. We'll get back to you ASAP. 

 

 Can I change my shipping address? 
If you've received an order confirmation email, but not a shipping confirmation email, we may still be able to change your address. Please send an email to help@parade.ca with your order number and desired shipping address. We'll do our best to update your order before it is sent. 

 

 Can I change my billing address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the billing address of your order. If you've received an order confirmation email, your order has gone through without issue! No billing information will be sent inside the parcel, or to the billing address you've provided. 

 

 Can I change the email address linked to my order? 
Definitely! Please send an email to help@parade.ca with your order number, and the new email you'd like to be linked to your order. 

 

 Can I modify my order? 
If you've received an order confirmation email, but not a shipping confirmation email, we may still be able to change the items on your order. Please send an email to help@parade.ca with your order number, and the changes you'd like made. We'll do our best to catch your order before it is shipped. 

 

 Can I cancel my order?
If you've received an order confirmation email, but not a shipping confirmation email, we may still be able to cancel your order. Please send an email to help@parade.ca with your order number. 

 

 My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received it! 

Sometimes carriers mistakenly mark a parcel as delivered, when it hasn’t yet been delivered! Please check with your neighbours, or local post office to confirm the parcel hasn’t been delivered elsewhere! Otherwise, please allow a day or two for the parcel to arrive, after it has been marked as delivered. If after a few days, you still haven’t received your order, and there are no errors in your shipping address, please email us at help@parade.ca, so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier!
